Penza, 8 November 2011. PenzaNews. Penza teacher Larissa Zhigulina became the winner of All-Russia competition “Best teacher of geography” in nomination “Active figure of the Russian association of teachers of geography”. During solemn ceremony in Moscow the Ministry of Emergency Measures of the Russian Federation Sergey Shojgu and the rector of the Moscow State University Victor Sadovnichy presented her memorable gifts and diplomas.

Larissa Zhigulina said: “Geographical conference is a nice opportunity to meet with teachers of geography of the country, unique possibility to receive new knowledges and to exchange experience. Delegates and participants of the conference could join last achievements of science and modern educational technologies, meet leading scientists of the country and receive methodical materials”.

According to the press-service of the government of the Penza region, all teachers will try to use new methods and realize the main ideas in their own region.
