Penza, 9 November 2011. PenzaNews. Employees of the automobile service centers of Penza said that there are more demands from the automobile owners due to snowfall which began on the territory of the Penza region on Tuesday, November, 8th.

The press-service of “Toyota Center Penza” said: “The demands of car service increased five times during two days. The most popular services are car tire fitting, storage of summer tires and also bodywork.”

They said that on Tuesday, November, 8th, seven cars from Penza and Mordovia with different damages arrived to the service center after road accidents which happened because of bad weather conditions.

In turn, the chief of the department of marketing and public relations of auto technical center “Autopilot” Vladimir Shalyganov said that the demand for services of the service centers increased three times.

He said: “There are calls from clients who complain the technical problems due to weather conditions. The most widespread problems are problems with engine start”.

As the news agency PenzaNews informed earlier, the snowfall began on the territory of the Penza region on Tuesday, November, 8th caused “the diving” cyclone which come from the northwest. According to the forecasts, it will snow during the week and the first snow cover will be formed. It will be small, however the snow won’t melt as the temperature will be below zero.

Ice-crusted ground is expected.

More than 50 road accidents happened during the first day of snowfall on the territory of the Penza region.

The department of traffic police of the Russian Federation in the Penza region asked drivers to be attentive on the road because of changed weather conditions.
