Penza, 15 November 2011. PenzaNews. 2nd year student of a specialty “Hydraulic engineering building” of the Penza state university of architecture Liliya Matsegora will take part in the 5th All-Russia beauty contest of grace and creativity “Ms. students of Russia – 2011” which will be held in Stavropol from November, 18th till November, 24th.

17 girls from Penza, Moscow, Volgograd, Chelyabinsk, Stavropol, Krasnoyarsk Mordovia, Sverdlovsk, Saratov, Kaluga, Kaliningrad, Volgograd and Kirov will take part in the competition.

Jury of the competition will include linkman of “Russkoe Radio” and VJ RU TV Max Orlov, the producer and poet Sergey Kharin, the director of the program “Russian student's spring” of Anastasiya Mahnakova.
