The Minister of Internal Affairs Rashid Nurgaliev awarded Penza schoolgirls

Penza, 16 November 2011. PenzaNews. The Minister of Internal Affairs Rashid Nurgaliev awarded the winners of annual All-Russia competition of children's drawing “My parents work in police”. 11-year-old Irina Blinovskaya from Penza took the 2nd place.

Rashid Nurgaliev said: “Despite young age of the participants, the presented works are sincere, frank, amazing but full of sense. Each drawing was full of spirituality and individuality of the young author. That’s was uneasy to choose winners and the prize-winners of 249 works and all works are worth the prize”.

He said that 9 best drawings took part in the final stage of the competition. There are three first, three second and three third places.
The winners of the competition, who took the first places, received the certificates for a family trip to Barcelona in Spain entertainment park “Port Aventura”. Other participants of the ceremony were awarded by other presents.

Winners and prize-winners of the competition of 2011 are:

1st place: Anastasia Shapovalova from the Kursk region, Diana Bushtjuk from the Saratov region and Darya Pugaeva from the Vladimir region.

2nd place: Irina Blinovsky from the Penza region, Maxim Jartsev from Nizhni Novgorod and Irina Inozemtseva from Republic Dagestan.

3rd place: Veronica Korovkina from the Yaroslavl region, Irina Sorokina from the Moscow Region and Alisa Milashevsky from Republic Kareliya.
