Penza, 23 November 2011. PenzaNews. Solemn ceremony of the final of competition “Best Specialist” on prizes of governor Vasily Bochkarev will take place at Penza regional drama theater named after A.V. Lunacharsky on Wednesday, November, 30th.

Darya Naumushkina, the Press Secretary of Penza branch of “Inter-regional union of builders” said: “There will be the representatives of building branch, agrarian and machine-building complexes: bricklayer, plasterers, tilers, operators of machine milking, machine operators, poultry workers and turners”.

She explained that during the solemn ceremony the governor Vasily Bochkarev and his assistants will hand over the diplomas and gifts, such as scooters and cars to the best specialists.
