Penza, 24 November 2011. PenzaNews. 3.3 billion rubles was spent for social support of the residents of the Penza region for 10 months of 2011 that is 601.8 million rubles more than in 2010.

According to the press-service of regional Ministry of health and social development, 66% of this sum was allocated from the budget of the Penza region.

The ministry said: “In particular, the volume of payments of grants to the families having children was 799.6 million rubles, veterans of work, home front worker, rehabilitated persons and persons suffered from political repressions got 1 billion 181.8 million rubles support”.

668.4 million rubles was spent for habitation and utilities of the citizens included in the federal register of person entitled to benefits.
