Penza, 25 November 2011. PenzaNews. 35 residents of the Penza got awards “Honorable donor of Russia” and diplomas during the solemn ceremony which took place at the regional station of blood transfusion on Thursday, November, 24th.

The press-service of the Ministry of health and social development of the Penza region sa “In total 3 365 have a rank of the honorable donor of Russia and the USSR in the region. They have 9 959 rubles monetary payments a year. Since January, 1st, 2012 this sum will be increased by 6%”.

The law “About a donor service of blood and its components” which assumes creation of the uniform all-Russian base which will contain the information about all donors and addressees of blood on territory of the country and also to fix its inflow in the Russian Federation and moving from Russia in other countries is discussed now.
