Congratulating the new settlers, Governor Vasily Bochkarev said that before the end of 2011 in the Penza region 557 orphans would receive their apartments.

The head of the region said” “In 2012 I set a task to close the waiting list for houses. This is a great opportunity for orphans to live full life, work, create families and raise children”.

80 comfortable one-bedroom apartments with the area from 37 to 52 square meters were built in Serobsk. The houses were decorated with modern materials, equiped with bathroom equipment and gas stoves, the press service of the regional government said.
