Penza, 29 November 2011. PenzaNews. Governor of the Penza Region Vasily Bochkarev held personal receiption of the residents of Zemetchinsky and Vadinsky areas on Monday, November, 28.

The head of the region had talked to 14 citizens living in Zemetchino, Saltykov, Kirillovo, Morsovo, Pashkovo and other villages.

Vasily Bochkarev paid special attention to problems of housing and providing material support to resident of Saltykovo Julia Buchenkova who needs to repair the house. According to the woman, she lives with her children and husband who is disabled person, and she receives unemployment benefits. The family is in a difficult financial situation because of the serious illness of her husband and one of the children.

Julia Buchenkova said: “I have repeatedly appealed to the district administration with a request to provide financial help or to give us preferential timber for repairs, but we still received nothing. At the same time the Pension Fund is going to give us 3 thousand rubles”.

Vasily Bochkarev said the woman, that preferential timber for private house repairs can be given once in 25 years, but the family used this opportunity several years ago.

The governer said: “As to financial help I can’t understand why local government has promised to give money, but did not do that. Officials behave themselves abominably. I give a mission to tell off the head of Social Security of this area and Minister of Health and Social Development Vladimir Stryuchkov has to deal with the situation”.

The resident of Morsovo Vladimir Fedyashov turned to the head of the region with the problem of the lack of a mobile service provider.

The head of the Information Department of the Penza region Alexander Antonov explained that
the building of a base station in the village is planned by one of mobile operators in the region during the second half of 2012.

The story of the resident of Vadinsk Irina Annenkova concerning medical examination of children in the health center of Penza also caused governer’s criticism of the representatives of the Ministry of Health.

She said: “Some children do not tolerate the way to Penza and back — it takes more than 4 hours in both sides. Pupils get tired while waiting in a health facility. Why can’t regional doctors receive children in Vadinsk?”.

Vasily Bochkarev supported the woman and promised to thoroughly examine the situation.

Another mission to the Minister of Health was given after the visit of Nicholay Nesterkin, whose 6-year-old son have got complications after surgery. In a telephone conversation the governor asked Vladimir Stryuchkov personally monitor the progress of treatment.

More than 10 residents of Vadinsky area visited the reception of the governer Vasily Bochkarev.
