Vasily Bochkarev instructed local officials to prepare design estimates for the municipal roads repair

Penza, 29 November 2011. PenzaNews. Governor of the Penza region Vasily Bochkarev instructed local officials to prepare documents for the repair of municipal roads.

The head of the region gave such assignment after several complaints of local residents associated with the repair of the roads during his working trip to Zemetchinsky and Vadinsky areas on Monday, November, 28.

Residents from the village Kirillovo of Zemetchensky area came to the reception of Vasily Bochkarev with the request of assistance in the reconstruction of the roadway. For about 20 km of Zemetchensky roads are in poor conditions. Several people from the village Zemetchino asked for the building of the road “Raevo — Morshansk”.

Sergey Korostelev from Zemetchino said: “This road will shorten the distance to Ryazan and Moscow, it will allow to increase the supply of sugar beets to “Zemetchinsky Sugar Plant” from nearby farms of Morshansk region”.

Residents of Vadinsky area have asked the governor to assist in the repair of the road “Vadinsk — Vybornoe”, which was built in the late of 1980s, as well as part of the road to the village Bolshaja Kozleyka, which doesn’t have the asphalt covering.

Vasily Bochkarev said: “There is a decision of the federal level which was announced by Prime Minister Vladimir Putin. It is planned to allocate 139 mln. rubles for reconstruction of municipal roads and rural settlements within 2 years”.

The governor noted that it is important to do design estimates to participate in the program.

He said: “The situation of the last year when I asked to prepare the documents for participating in the program of modernization of hospitals shouldn’t be repeated. There are still hosritals which didn’t spend money. It happened because someone did not hear me in a time”.
