Penza, 29 November 2011. PenzaNews. The Department of Civil Service and personnel of the Government of the Penza region announced the results of the annual competition “The best civil servant of the Penza region”. 24 people took part in the contest.

As the press service of the regional government reported the chief expert of the department of forecasting and strategic planning of the Ministry of Economy of the Penza region Katerina Lidyaeva became the best in the nomination “Economics and finances”. She made statistical analysis of the sustainability of agricultural production in her work.

The press-service said: “The worker of the department of state inspection in the housing and construction sectors and oversight of the technical state of self-propelled machines and other equipment of the Penza region Alexey Lisov became the best in nomination “Town building, architecture and nature management”. The theme of his work is “The State construction supervision. Creation, implementation and prospects”.

The worker of the Ministry of Education of the Penza region Andrey Safronov is the winner in the nomination “Social and cultural development, public health and education”. He successfully defended his work “Improvement of a process of management training as a fundamental factor in the modernization of professional education”.

The press-service said: “The specialist of the Ministry of Education of the Penza region Tatyana Rusyaykina is the best in the nomination “Legal, organizational and peopleware”. She dealed with questions of new approaches to certification of pedagogical workers”.

Besides the First Deputy Prime Minister — the Chief of Staff of the Governor and the Government of the Penza region Vyacheslav Satin independent experts — representatives of high educational institutions of the region, the regional cabinet of ministers, other executive departments of the government and others were in the jury.

The press-service noted: “It is expected that the official award ceremony will take place in December, 2011. All the winners will be awarded by diplomas and special prizes. In December, 2010, the governer of the Penza region Vasily Bochkarev congratulated the best civil servants”.
