The village Bekovo became the winner of the contest “The best well-planned settlement of Russia”

Penza, 30 November 2011. PenzaNews. Village Bekovo was recognized the winner of the national contest “The best well-planned settlement of Russia”. The results of the competition were summed up by the Ministry of Regional Development of Russia.

The citizens of Bekovo were awarded by special prize and certificate in the nomination “The active participation in the improvement of the native village”.

The head of administration Sergei Chulanov thanked residents for their contribution to improvement of streets, public places and yards.

He said: “Bekovo will become the real pearl with our help. We’ll continue this work”.
