Penza, 2 December 2011. PenzaNews. Volume of production for nuclear energy of the association “Start” named after M.V. Protsenko, located in Zarechny of the Penza region, should be increased in 20 times by 2016, the average salary of the enterprise has to reach 50 thousand rubles. The Director General of State Corporation “Rosatom” Sergey Kirienko said about it during his visit to Zarechnyj on Thursday, December, 1.

He noted that the volume of production of “Start” was 5,4 billion rubles in 2011. It is planned to make orders at the cost of 6,5 billion rubles in 2012.

Sergey Kirienko said: “The role of association is increasing in the realization of production program of “Rosatom”. But the main purpose is the same — to fulfil the state defense order which is defined until 2020”.

As the press service of the public relations department of Zarechny said to the news agency “Penzanews”, the head of “Rosatom” awarded the best experts on the “Start” with diplomas and decoration for the contribution of the nuclear industry development, and also informed about the new law signed by the President Dmitry Medvedev. It equates the sign of veteran of the nuclear industry to the status of labour veteran.

The press-service noted: “Sergei Kiriyenko added that the decision to open a branch of National Nuclear Research University was finally agreed. The next year the branch should be opened”.
