Penza, 2 December 2011. PenzaNews. The results of the regional competition “The best leader — a leader in education” were summed up in Penza. The winners are 10 directors of schools, colleges and institutions of supplementary education of children.

As the press service of the Ministry of Education of the Penza region informed the positive dynamics of general education institutions in recent years, participation of the educational institution in the municipal, provincial and All-Russian competitions, work on crime prevention among students, the use of information technologies in the learning process, and the introduction of health-technology were among the criteias of the winner.

The winners are:
The director of the Lyceum №55 of Penza Elena Kralichkina;
the director of the multisectoral Lyceum of Issa Fyarit Umyarov;
the director of the secondary school №1 of the village Srednjaja Elyuzan of Gorodishchensky area Zyaytyunya Gurdina;
the director of the secondary school №2 named A.G. Malyshkin of the village Mokshan Alexander Bogomazov;
the director of the secondary school named after S.E. Kuznetsova of the village Chemodanovka Elena Pugacheva;
the director of the secondary school №66 of Penza Irina Dolgusheva;
the director of the kindergarten №145 of Penza Lyubov Malanina;
the director of the Penza regional centers for young tourists Mikhail Vasiliev;
