Penza, 7 December 2011. PenzaNews. Governor Vasily Bochkarev presented the awards of the president of the Russian Federation and the head of region to 21 residents of the Penza region on Wednesday, December, 7th.

During the solemn ceremony Vasily Bochkarev said: “I congratulate you on awards — both federal, and regional. Each of you has much made for the Penza region and it is a part of great Russia”.

The governor said: “I’m sure that in 2012 and the next years we will do much to develop our region and the special attention must be given to the problems of the population”.

The head of the region said that the main task of the regional power is to create workplaces.

Vasily Bochkarev said: “We should study, and learn better because today we the enterprises need people with high self-return and qualification. There is competition on a labor market”.

According to the head of the region, each person should choose the branch of work himself.

Vasily Bochkarev said: “I thank everybody gathered there that you found your calling. All received awards are deserved”.

The head of the region presented diplomas of the president of the Russian Federation to four residents of the Penza region. The representatives of various professions were awarded by a sign of the governor “Glory of Penza” and honorary ranks.

Besides, for active participation in preparation and carrying out of the 1st festival of the Volga federal district “Open Volga District”, which was held in Moscow in October, five art workers were awarded diplomas of the plenipotentiary of the president of the Russian Federation in the Volga federal district.
