The acting said about numerous infringements fixed by observers of parties during the Election day and call for new State Duma elections.
The head of the legal department of the regional committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation Oleg Shalyapin said: “There is falsification of results of voting, vote-rigging, intervention of representatives of administration in activity of the commissions, the untimely admission of observers. The results of the reports received by observers of opposition parties differ greatly from the official results”.
The participants of meeting accepted the resolution prepared by communists unanimously. It is planned to be sent to the president of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev, the general public prosecutor of the Russian Federation Yury Chayka, the plenipotentiary of the president of the Russian Federation in the Volga Federal district Grigory Rapota, the chairman of the Central Electoral Committee of Russia Vladimir Churov and the chairman of the election committee of the Penza region Nikolay Taktarov.
Oleg Shalyapin read the resolution: “We demand to ouster the head of the Central Election Commission Vladimir Churov, to investigate all complaints about the vote-rigging, to release all citizens arrested at the meetings in other cities, to stop further prosecution of oppositional active workers, to reconsider the results of elections and vote recount on those sites where were numerous infringements, to send falsifiers of elections to the court, to toughen the selective legislation for falsification of the results of will of the citizens on the elections, to restore the electivity of governors and mayors of the cities, and also to provide original equality of parties on TV, radio and in the press, to forbid monopoly of the state for TV channels”.

The chairman of the Penza regional branch of political party “Yabloko” Nikolay Zuev said: “I absolutely agree that it is necessary to reconsider the results of elections and to spend re-elections. The vote recount here won't help vote-rigging was great, therefore the second time for “United Russia” to vote already will go nobody, and the representatives of party in power now understand that in case of re-elections they won’t have even 7 % of votes”.
He informed also that now the representatives of the party sent the applications to the Investigatory committee of the Penza region where they specified the infringements which were revealed at 9 polling stations in Penza.
Nikolay Zuev declared: “The majority of infringements were fixed in Leninsky district of Penza. The data of the observers’ reports differ greatly from the data of system GAS “Elections. We consider that similar infringements were at 30 % of polling stations, therefore it is possible to say that elections in the Penza region are illegitimate”.
The protest meeting on the square in front of the cinema “Rodina” in Penza proceeded peacefully about an hour and come to the end without undue incidents. Nobody of the participants of the meeting was arrested by police.
