Penza, 14 December 2011. PenzaNews. Deputies of the Penza municipal duma approved the projects of decisions to transfer the buildings of two kindergartens in Teplichnaya and Lyadova streets for opening additional groups.

Besides, the questions about transfer parts of the building in Krasnova street to the Penza branch of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation for gratuitous using was discussed.

The mayor of Penza Ivan Belozertsev said: “I think that we are People's Deputies despite party identification, therefore I offer to support the given project of the decision, it will be fair and correct”.

Deputies have discussed a question about transfer from regional to municipal property of 120-condominium for children-orphans. When it becomes the municipal property, the graduates of of the orphan houses of Penza will be able to move into it.

Final decisions concerning these questions will be made during the regular session which will take place in the end of December.
