Penza, 20 December 2011. PenzaNews. Deputies of Legislative Assembly of the Penza region confirmed the bill of appointment monetary payments to the women awarded by a medal “Parent valor” of the 1st and 2nd degrees living together with not less than one minor child.

As the Minister of health and social development of the Penza region Vladimir Stryuchkov informed during the regular session on Tuesday, December, 20th, this category of citizens is equal to labour veterans.

The minister said: “The women awarded by a medal “Parent valor” of the 1st and 2nd degrees and living with minor children will get monthly monetary payments, monthly monetary indemnifications of expenses on payment of premises and utilities, home telephone and total area of premises for minor children living in common”.

Vladimir Stryuchkov admitted that this payment will be available until the youngest child is 18 years old.

Vladimir Stryuchkov said: “Now there are 313 women awarded by a medal “Parent valor” of the 1st and 2nd degrees who live with 1 724 minor children in the Penza region. 7.7 million rubles a year will be required for this social support”.
