Penza, 21 December 2011. PenzaNews. Penza communists and their supporters lay flowers on the monument of Joseph Stalin on 132nd anniversaries of his birthday on Wednesday, December, 21st.

According to the press-service of the Penza regional committee of Communist Party of the Russian Federation, the participants of ceremony read a poem “It went from the house to the house”, written by Joseph Stalin in 1895 and have remembered his main achievements.

The monument of Joseph Stalin was placed on the territory of the regional committee of Communist Party of the Russian Federation in Darwin street in Penza, in July, 2011. It was cast in South Ossetia according to German Karpov’s drawing. The supporters of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation in the Penza region collected about 100 thousand roubles for this monument. Penza regional branch of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation allocated money for installation of the bust and accomplishment of adjoining territory.
