Zarechny, 23 December 2011. PenzaNews. 29 residents of Zarechny of the Penza region got the documents of according to the agreements pf social hiring of the apartments on Thursday, December, 22nd. Besides, four workers of budgetary sphere recieved the certificates of single payment for improvement of living conditions.

The first deputy of the head of administration of Zarechny Alexey Ryabov admitted that this event is twice pleasant, because it occurs on the eve of New year and Christmas.

Tatyana Saltsova, the chief of the department on interaction with mass-media of communications department of the city said: “144 families got apartments in a new house in Ozernaya street. There are few cities in Russia which give free habitation according to the agreements of social hiring. Zarechny is one of them”.
