The Office of Public Prosecutor of Kuznetsk protected the housing rights of 10 orphans

Penza, 27 December 2011. PenzaNews. The Office of Public Prosecutor of a city of Kuznetsk of the Penza region inspected 10 references of the citizens who don’t have habitation and any parental support.

According to Tatyana Ostrovskaya, the senior assistant to the public prosecutor of the Penza region in 2009 after intervention of Office of Public Prosecutor of 10 children-orphans have been put on the account on reception of the arranged well habitation at the expense of public funds in a city administration of Kuznetsk. Within two years they repeatedly appealed to the department of housing policy of local administration. However the officials didn’t solve the question about their habitation.

Tatyana Ostrovskaya explained: “In connection with the revealed infringement of the federal law the Office of Public Prosecutor directed 10 claims to the court to provide the orphans with habitation at the expense of funds of the budget of the Penza region”.

She added that the same were revealed in other areas, such as Bekovsky, Gorodishchensky, Zemetchinsky, Kamensk and others.

“In total during the current year public prosecutors of the Penza region sent 58 claims about protection of the housing rights of orphans. 45 of the claims have already been considered and 44 were satisfied. Consideration of one claim has been stopped in connection with voluntary execution by the respondent of the requirement declared by the public prosecutor. The others are in consideration”.
