The governor of the Penza region Vasily Bochkarev transferred 30 thousand roubles grants to five best scientists of the region during the meeting with research workers, school teachers and teachers of vocational schools and universities on Wednesday, December, 28th.

Following the results of 2011 candidates of Science Victor Komarov and Alexey Machnev, Candidate of Economics Alexander Pavlov, the doctor of law Gleb Sintsov, and doctor of philosophy Alexander Tugarov and candidates of philosophy Tatyana Lavrenteva received the grants of the governor.

Besides, during the meeting Vasily Bochkarev handed over the diplomas to the deserved actresses of Russia to Galina Repnaya and Natalia Starovoyt, honored worker of arts Vladimir Biryukov, the honored worker of culture of Russia of Elena Pykova, the teacher of violin Elena Balueva, the winner of the 11th games of Fathers Frosts Alexey Lapin and other art workers, teachers of educational institutions and teachers of colleges.
