Penza, 30 December 2011. PenzaNews. It is planned to organize the tourist bicycle route and the recreation zone in village Zagoskino of the Penza region where is the geographical center of the Penza region.

As it was reported earlier, according to the regional newspaper “Surskie Prostory”, center coordinates were determined by Penza geographers some years ago, then the special memorable sign was installed and cedars were planted.
