Penza, 16 January 2012. PenzaNews. Head of Administration of Penza Roman Chernov recognized existing personnel deficiency in the sphere of municipal passenger transportations.

“We need 90 drivers, 120 conductors, though the salary is 15 thousand roubles and higher. We densely work with employment service, but we can’t hire category “Е”drivers,” Roman Chernov informed during the operative meeting under the chairmanship of the governor on Monday, January, 16.

Meanwhile, the Head of Administration of Penza informed that now navigating system of supervising movement of buses and trolley buses is debugged.

“Unfortunately, we did not manage to equip private carriers with the navigation modules to follow traffic. We gave claims to the heads of private transportation enterprises”, he said.

At the same time, Roman Chernov assumed that the situation will have probably been changed by April, 2012 when the tender for city routes among the private carriers will be more rigid.

“These problems are not matter for people stand hours at the bus stops in the evening to get home”, Vasily Bochkarev said to Roman Chernov.

“I order you and vice-president Bykov [the head of the department of industry, transport and power of the Penza region] visit Auto-Transport Enterprises, to inspect their work, hold meetings with drivers, conductors and solve the problems. Report me personally the results by the weekends”, underlined the governor.
