Penza, 19 January 2012. PenzaNews. The Penza region develops rapidly last years. It was declared by main state inspector of the Russian Federation on fire supervision, colonel general of internal service Gennady Kirillov at the meeting with head of the region Vasily Bochkarev which took place in Penza on Thursday, January 19.

“I go traveled much, visited almost all regions of Russia. I’m sure that only about 10 subjects of the federation develop dynamically. The Penza region, certainly, is one of these regions,” Gennady Kirillov underlined.

“You have a famous ice-hockey team “Diesel” and a new good training center “Diesel Arena” appeared for new victories,” he said.

According to Gennady Kirillov, such sports facilities prove that administration of the Penza region pays attention to propagation of healthy way of life and development of professional sports.
