Industrial production index not less than 111% in 2012, Yury Bykov

Penza, 24 January 2012. PenzaNews. The industrial production index of the Penza region should be not less than 111% in 2012. Forecasts for current year were sounded by vice-chairman of the government, head of department of the industry, transport and power of the Penza region Yury Bykov during press conference on Tuesday, January 24.

“It will be difficult to achieve such indicator as in 2011 it was 117,4% whereas on average industrial production index in Russia is 105 % and last 5 months the Penza region was in the lead on the given indicator in Volga federal district,” Yury Bykov said.

He explained to achieve such the region enterprises promoted, including, development support industrial production index from the regional budget, aimed at modernization of factories and at new manufactures creation.

“For example FGUP “PPO EVT” in 2011 manufactured 22.1% new goods, such as cookers and cooking panels. Besides, LLC “Penztyazhpromarmatura” is constantly modernizing of manufacture. We hope that in 2012 this enterprise will have 5 billion rubles volume,” Yury Bykov said.

He informed also that last year 19 Penza enterprises had 1 billion rubles of total volume of output, four enterprises got 2 billion rubles. 18 enterprises received 100 percent grant of the regional program of state support.

“In 2012 the sum allocated from the budget on the given program, it is planned a little from its part, however, we will reduce to leave with the initiative of its increase,” the vice-president of the government informed.

Speaking about salary, Yury Bykov underlined that its general growth for a year at the industrial enterprises of region was 16% and labors got more than 16.5 thousand roubles in the Penza region.

According to Yury Bykov, 3 400 workplaces were organized at Penza enterprises in 2011.
