Concert devoted to Students’ Day held in Penza state university

Penza, 25 January 2012. PenzaNews. Celebratory concert devoted to Students’ Day or Tatyana’s day passed in Penza state university on Wednesday, January 25. Different creative groups and bands of high school and city took part in this concert. They also made presentation of the faculties of state university.

Before the concert there was an opportunity to take picture with clowns, drink nonalcoholic mead and cuisine cooked in students’ canteen.
Elena Stolyarova, the vice-president of the government of the Penza region admitted that day of the Russian students is a holiday either for students or for former students.
“Those who were students will never forget these years youth, love, friendship, eternally young soul and professional formation,” Elena Stolyarova said.
The mayor of Penza Ivan Belozertsev underlined that such concerts allow people who aren’t young to return to youth.
“Dear students, I thank you for participation in cultural and sport events and beautification of Penza. Everything is changing in the world - climate, fashion, architecture. But youth, aspiration, love and life are the same,” he said.
Rector of Penza State University Vladimir Volchihin congratulated students on successful exams and has wished them further achievements in study and then presented flowers to all female students called Tatyana.
