Serdobsk, 30 January 2012. PenzaNews. The terminal “Electronic reception of the President of the Russian Federation” was installed in the building of administration of Serdobsk in the Penza region. It is possible to ask a question and to send the complaint to the head of the state there.

“Some forms of the references are provided. The text can be presented in electronic, printed or written form. It’s also possible to leave a voice message by means of the built in video camera of the terminal,” the press-service of the government of the Penza region informed.

Access to the terminal is available after the electronic device reads relevant data from the passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation for answer sending.
