Penza governor obliged all doctors to have badges with surnames

Penza, 3 February 2012. PenzaNews. The governor of the Penza region Vasily Bochkarev ordered Minister of Health Vladimir Stryuchkov and head physicians of all medical institutions of the region to provide workers with badges with surnames, names and patronymics written on.

“Residents of the Penza region complain on physicians and when I ask a surname of a doctor, nobody can answer,” Vasily Bochkarev said during the meeting with heads of chemist’s and head physicians on Friday, February 3.

The head of the region give one week for order execution.
