Zarechny, 6 February 2012. PenzaNews. The first casting round for the beauty contest “Miss Zarechny 2012” took place at the Palace of Culture “Sovremennik” on Sunday, February 5.

As head of the media department of the public relations office of Penza Tatyana Saltsova told news agency PenzaNews, nine girls aged between 18 and 23 will take part in the casting round.

“The Miss Zarechny 2012 contest will proceed in four stages: casting rounds, a photo session, a rehearsal and the finals. The jury will assess appearance, intellect, fitness and creative abilities of the contestants as well as their ability to hold themselves in public,” explained the spokesperson.

She noted that the finale of the contest was scheduled for April 7.
