Zarechny, 7 February 2012. PenzaNews. Members of the Club on the strategic development of the city “Zarechny. Growth Points” discussed the project “Zarechny — Creative Park” which envisages the construction of a modern exhibition center comprising a hotel, a greenhouse and an elk museum outside the closed city of the Penza region.

“The project was presented by a group of young Zarechny residents which includes students and working youth,” said Tatyana Saltsova, head of the media department of the public relations office of the city.

She explained that as envisaged by the authors of the project Zarechny Creative Park would be designed to create a favourable environment for the development of creative industries.

“It will host offices of leading higher educational institutions of the country, the city self-learning center, an art incubator where people of creative professions could start up their own businesses with the fewest expenses and the greatest efficiency, a production center, and a youth information agency. An art cafe, libraries, parks and recreation zones will be available for inspiration and exchanges of ideas,” Tatyana Saltsova said.

In addition, during the meeting of the club its members discussed two more programs, namely “Zarechny - Best Urban Ecosystem” and “Russian Engineering Valley.”
