“Civil control” started election observers’ courses

Penza, 10 February 2012. PenzaNews. Penza association “Civil control” declared the beginning of a course of observers on presidential elections of Russia coming in March, 2012.

As the member of association, the chief executive of fund “Civil union” Oleg Sharipkov informed news agency PenzaNews, the first lesson will pass in office in the evening on Friday, February 10.

“We decided to carry out training of observers in the evening, as most of them work. It is planned that experts of elections got experience in the previous elections as technologists, secretaries of election committees who know nuances of elective process will be teachers. Representatives of parties and staffs of the registered candidates also are invited. Some members of “Civil control” will be trained on preparation of observers in Public chamber of Russia,” she said.

He noticed that in Penza the first meeting with observers will be spent by the candidate of political sciences Anatoly Bodrov.

“Participants of courses learn how behave correctly on polling stations, not to create nervous atmosphere, it is necessary to pay attention to infringements and how to issue a copy of the report on results of voting for observers correctly,” Oleg Sharipkov explained.

As he said, training will be held in groups of 15 persons which will be invited by coordinators of association.

“Each three days different groups will visit trainings and thus we plan to involve all 300 observers,” said the chief executive of fund “Civil union”.
