Penza, 20 February 2012. PenzaNews. Office of the Interior Ministry of Russia for Penza and social council of the city awarded Ibragim Azizov and Victor Tolin certificates of honor for arrest of the armed criminal in the center of Penza.

“Ibragim Azizov and Victor Tolin were near shopping center “Sun and Mart” when 22-year-old native of Tajikistan struck 31-year-old resident of Penza by knife during the quarrel. The malefactor tried to disappear from the site but the man, risking life seized him and kept him till the police officers arrived,” the press-service said.

Ibragim Azizov and Victor Tolin got certificates of honor and watches as costly presents.
