Penza, 24 February 2012. PenzaNews. The meeting of decent Penza and Kuznetsk diocese, where one of the main topics of discussion was building of Spassky cathedral, took place in diocesan administration on Friday, February 24.

“Works go under the schedule, in May on a cathedral belltower the cross will be established. With support of city power in Penza building of temples in Ternovka and on the territory of theological seminary located in street Perekop will begin, erection of churches in Belinsky and Kamenke is also planned,” informed the diocese press-service.

During meeting the bishop Penza and Kuznetsk Veniamins congratulated all people on coming Lent and reminded necessity of regular divine services these Lenten days that as much as possible people have addressed to God have repented and have continued a way to rescue of the soul.

On termination of the meeting decent dioceses led by lord Veniamin visited a building site of Spassky cathedral.
