Operators will consult users on all aspects of work of a portal “Web elections 2012” and also will accept demands for elimination of revealed malfunctions.

“The hot line uses the automated system of registration and processing of references. Thus if a user want SMS will be sent him after elimination of malfunctions. Besides, loading online-monitoring on the centers of reception of references and a course of processing of calls will be organized,” specified the press-service.

The hot line will start work at 00.00 Moscow time on March 4 and will finish its work at 12.00 Moscow time on March 5.
