Penza, 4 March 2012. PenzaNews. More than 2 300 residents of the Penza region observe presidential elections of the Russian Federation through webcams installed in polling stations.

The most quantity of Internet observers are Moscow (84 thousand visitors) and St.-Petersburg (over 30 thousand persons). About 10 thousand Internet users of Novosibirsk, Samara, Nizhny Novgorod and Krasnodar watch elections from.
