Vladimir Putin wins in Penza region after 100% protocols processed

Penza, 5 March 2012. PenzaNews. Employees of electoral committee of the Penza region processed 100% of protocols. According to preliminary data, Vladimir Putin received 64.27% of votes and won presidential election. The head of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation Gennady Zyuganov got 19.70% of votes, the head of LDPR Vladimir Zhirinovsky received 6.39%, businessman Michael Prokhorov — 5.21%, the head of party “Just Russia” Sergey Mironov — 3.16%.

There were 9 688 void ballots or 1.27% in the Penza region.
It is expected that the total report will be signed at session of the regional election committee which is at 14.00 o’clock Monday, March 5.
Central election committee will declare officially result of elections when 100% of protocols in all regions of the country will be processed that usually takes 1–2 days.
As it was reported earlier, 1 121 904 voters were registered.
1 149 polling stations worked in the Penza region, 1.6 thousand police officers and 600 members of a voluntary public order squad.
