Penza, 11 March 2012. PenzaNews. The administration of Pachelmsky area of the Penza region declared open auction to buy D-class car.

According to competitive documentation, administration needs new car “Skoda Superb” (or its equivalent), not earlier than 2011 release, certificated according to European standards and requirements for Russian market.

In the technical project it is specified that the car should have black body, leather furnish of salon, an automatic transmission, 1.8 engine using А-95gasoline.

Car should have forward seats lumbar support and height adjustment, a suspension bracket for bad roads, a heat-shielding glass cover, heating of external electromirrors, seats and washer atomizers, the gage of rain, the onboard computer with the multipurpose display, chrome and overlays on thresholds and also forward antifog headlights with illumination.

Besides, as additional options there could be alloy wheels R16, automatically blacked out rear-view mirror and multipurpose four spoke leather steering wheel with radio control.

The initial price of the contract is 990 thousand rubles which will be allocated from the budget of Pachelmsky area of the Penza region.

It is planned that open auction will pass in electronic form on March 26.
