Penza, 13 March 2012. PenzaNews. The system of preliminary appointments on representation of documents and statements for the state registration of the rights to real estate and transactions with it began to work in all territorial departments of Russian register for the Penza region.

“To use preliminary appointments it is necessary to indicate the subject of the Russian Federation “Penza region” on a portal of services of Russian State Register in section “Offices and reception “headings” Information sections,” then to choose corresponding territorial department of the management which it is planned to present documents to, and to pass to a bookmark “Preliminary making a list of appointments” for the subsequent filling of the form,” explained the press service of the department.

The preliminary appointment provides possibility of the choice of the date and the time of representation the documents in territorial the department.

“The preliminary appointment isn't carried out now directly by employees of the territorial management departments,” they underlined in the press service.
