Penza, 13 March 2012. PenzaNews. Heavy snowfall began in Penza on Tuesday night, March 13. It was brought by an extensive cyclone under which influence the central part of Russia and the Volga region were. The cloudy whirlwind drew rather warm and damp Atlantic air due to which air temperature will rise to 4 - 6C below zero. According to weather forecasts, the third of monthly norm of precipitation can drop out the next two days in the territory of the Penza region. The height of snow cover will be 40–65 cm.
