Zarechny, 14 March 2012. PenzaNews. Fire-tactical exercises on working through actions of emergency services in case of fire in the largest municipal establishment of the city, namely Health and Leisure Center took place in Zarechny of the Penza region on Tuesday, March 13.

According to exercises legend, the fire started on a stage of Center of Health and Leisure, fire has captured about 180 sq. meters, four persons suffered.

“All emergency services of the city were immediately involved in fire liquidation, 9 units of fire technics, 42 persons employees of Fire Office No 22. Three victims were rescued by fire brigades and one person — by search and rescue group UGZ Zarechny,” the chief of Special Office No 22 of Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia Evgeniy Leushkin informed.

As he said, overall aims of exercise were to work through methods and ways of managing firefighting brigades, fire extinguishing, to test new technics and firefighting substances.

“All positive and negative moments in staff actions will be discussed in details. As a whole, exercises were held successfully,” Evgeniy Leushkin summarized.
