Penza, 20 March 2012. PenzaNews. Organization spring cleaning of the city from snow and garbage in intraquarter, intradomestic territories and the main roads should be improved. Mayor Ivan Belozertsev declared it during the session of the constant commission on housing and communal services, beautification of territories and ecology improving.

"We need a scheme of cleaning of the city where responsible people for the each territory is fixed. Thus such scheme is unessential for ordering to Moscow institute, it is likely to develop by employees of building academy," Ivan Belozertsev noted.

He informed that in April it is planned to spend a number cleaning days on beautification of Penza and charged to work out the scheme of clearing of the city.
