Service “Mobile television” works where there is 3G network and also in any Wi-Fi zone. In 2011 of MTS expanded a network 3G covering more than twice, having provided with possibility to use innovative services of inhabitants more than 3 thousand settlements of the Volga region, including the Penza region.

Now more than 30 % of MTS base stations are transferred to modern IP technologies that allowed to increase capacity and reliability of network, to increase quality of voice services and mobile Internet speed.
