Governor Vasily Bochkarev initiated to organize continuous watch of volunteers from among pupils of vocational educational institutions at all crosswalks and the intersections of Penza being near schools and sports objects. He declared it during working on Thursday, March 22.

"To minimize the number of road accident at intersections and the crosswalks located near social city objects, we should involve representatives of civil society," the head of the region told.

Vasily Bochkarev charged the Minister of Education of the region Svetlana Kopeshkina to create the group of volunteers soon that will help the staff of traffic police with the order of organization on roads in rush hours.
