Penza, 26 March 2012. PenzaNews. Five schools of the Penza region will be changed into work and rest camp in 2012. The Minister of Education of the region Svetlana Kopeshkina reported about it during weekly operative meeting on Monday, March 26.

“11 out of 980 teenagers can have a rest. As a rule, children camps are not very interesting for teenagers and here they can be engaged in useful business. It is planned to sign contracts with businessmen to involve children in vegetable growing, sewing and woodworking workshops,” the press service of the regional government quotes the minister.

Besides, according to Svetlana Kopeshkina, this year more than 17 million rubles will be spent for five working camps “Yunost,” “Octyabr,” “Romantik,” “Berezka” and “Lesnaya Skazka” repairing.
