"Because of a plentiful precipitation in the form of sleet and rain the content of liquid in snow cover for the last several days in the territory of the Penza region raised by 10%. As this indicator will change further, it is difficult to foresee," she noted.

According to Valentina Nevorotova, it is expected that a precipitation will go in the region till the end of March and during the whole first week of April.

"Till March 31 a precipitation mainly in the form of snow is expected. Since April 1 air temperature will be above zero, and at night and in the afternoon below zero. Therefore rain and sleet are both possible," she specified.
