Penza, 12 April 2012. PenzaNews. The president of the Russian Federation of children’s rights Pavel Astakhov Working visited Penza on Monday, April 16.

"He will visit various city institutions, including a new building of the Penza regional library named after M.U. Lermontov in Prospekt Stroiteley where a ramp for the disabled readers, the special lift for visitors with limited possibilities of health, and also an exhibition of children's art will be shown to the representative," reported in the press service of office of culture and archive of the Penza region.

Besides, Pavel Astakhov will take part in indicative class in training of computer literacy "Information without barriers" for visually impaired children.
