Penza, 16 April 2012. PenzaNews. Ombudsman for children of the Russian Federation Pavel Astakhov visited Penza on Monday, April 16.

He planned to visit cardiological center, orphanage, diocesan office, school of Olympic reserve in Akhuny district and a new building of regional library named after M.U. Lermontov in Arbekovo.
In end of Pavel Astakhov’s business trip he will have meeting with the governor of the Penza region Vasily Bochkarev.
As it was reported earlier, a ramp for disabled readers, special lift for visitors with limited abilities and an exhibition of children’s art will be presented to the ombudsman in the new building of the library.
Besides, Pavel Astakhov will take part in visually-impaired training of computer literacy “Information without Barriers.”
