Penza, 16 April 2012. PenzaNews. Solemn opening of a memorial board and bust of Peter Stolypin, who was the chairman of the board of ministers of the Russian Empire, took place at comprehensive school in the village Neverkino of the Penza region.

According to administration of Neverkinsky area, within festive events Stolypin’s medal was presented to local officials, teachers and school students having achieved good results.
