The garbage from containers located in Oktyabrsky district of Penza hasn’t been taken out within several days, so the yards of residential apartment houses are full of household waste. The similar situation is on some yards of several tens multi-storey buildings in Ladozhskaya Street.

According to the master of department of beautification and city cleaning Andrey Mizenkov supervising household waste removal from Oktyabsky district of Penza, it is connected with beautification month which is held in the city.

“Now the garbage is swept away from all domestic territories and consequently waste containers are overfilled,” the spokesman declared.

“there are eight routes of waste removal and all units of transport are working in Oktyabrsky district,” Andrey Mizenkov added.
